Who asked Dr Danaa to take sides in a chieftaincy dispute by solely declaring the chieftaincy status of the Americans illegal. Who sent the National Security Officials to go and harass the Americans. We all know the National Security Zombis like operating under the cover of darkness( you remember the Legon Toll Booth Saga) and their hatred for dogs is unimaginable( you remember NS official threatened to shoot and kill the dogs of the software designer of UG students' election). So if the dogs of the two American citizens were killed prior to their gruesome murder you can now see those behind the killing.
Dr Danaa cannot throw dust into our eyes. If others have thrown dust into his eyes, that is his own cup of tea.

"Since then, the “black man” has occupied the shell of political office but not proved that what the white colonial masters couldn’t do to improve the lot of his people, he can do. Problems making it difficult for Ghanaians to live their lives have remained insoluble; and they are even being worsened each passing day. Pan in hand, the “black man is chasing the white man around the globe for redemption. Did we come or did we go?"

Why do we believed in putting concrete structures in every available land in Accra with out considering a green space to relax from all that heat in Accra?
Why are we so BACKWARD into thinking concrete structures alone make us look civilized?
The land in front of the GBC should rather be developed into a beautiful landscape with more trees and sitting places for the masses to walk and sit and relax. With water falls, a mini amphitheater for free concerts rather than leaving it the way it is with vegetable farmers and encroachers. This will go a long way to develop the mental capacity of our youths and the old alike than this concrete jungle that will over shadow the GBC.
Add a beautiful facelift to the front entrance to be seen from afar and do not block it with apartments or skyscrapers? That's not a civilized move.
Create a brand with that space into something educational.
Let style and aesthetics guide us in developing our cities. These are the measurements that prove that we have people with knowledge and brain when you visit a city.

Don't be a fool, kweks! Before you conclude that GBC needs to upgrade its equipment, go take a look at the equipment they currently have, then you can talk from a knowledgable and factual viewpoint. And let me assure you that the current equipment that GBC have is far more advanced than most ,if not all the radio and TV stations' in Ghana. The real problem with GBC is management, proper and sound business management!! But as things stand now, there is too much corruption as well negative political control/interference in GBC affairs, hence their apparent mess, and it seems to me Don Chebe, whoever he is, is also there for what he will get.Simon Peter may be right. The whole deal sounds crookish to me.

The new Minister should put his foot down to suspend this trial in Ghana. The trials could be done in other parts of West Africa where the disease is killing them. At least in those parts of the world they will have access to people who already have it and others who don't have it for the trials to take place. Once this is done here the next time we hear is Ebola is in Ghana. When this happens this giant Pharmaceutical companies sells the product and make huge profits whilst innocent people die and are affected.

what is it that I am hearing? To use healthy young men and women for a trial on the dreadful Ebola in a country that has been spared by God from the scourge. And why choose these young men and women? Why not all Government Ministers or their family members for the trial. Mahama and the NDC should be very careful in order not to lose the unflinching support of people from the Volta. Please we are not guinea-pigs so the authorities better think again . Meanwhile what are the so-called Parliamentary Volta Caucus doing about the threat to our region. Where are the Region's House of Chiefs saying. We should reject this Test out of hand. I remember that though Ghana was yearning to stage the African Cu of Nations due to the Ebola scare we rejected the offer. What has changed this time round ? Is it some donor funding money. Mahama be very careful with this seemingly innocuous act of humanity. Because the after-effects could be terrible not only for the NDC and the country and our childrens childrens A word to the wise is enough! Maybe it is in the north. I dont believe the NDC and Mahama would want to pay the Volta Region back in this coin.

BUSHMAN. That land should be turned into a beautiful relaxing park so the likes of you and your old people could walk and relax from the sun.
People like you who thinks only about concrete jungles but have no priority for a relaxing place for your body die young.
The whole of Accra has no single place for anybody to relax. WHY? Simple because we have "educated" planers who DO NOT UNDERSTAND how our human body works and what it really needs to function properly.
We became too preoccupied with money and do not live long to even enjoy it.

This business of selling government lands to private developers must stop.It is fraught with corruption. These lands belong to the government of Ghana and so GBC has no right to sell them.
