  ...residential neighborhoods. There are several filling stations in Ghana that I can recollect, and quite frankly most of them are well situated, but lately there has been a proliferation of filling stations in new residential neighborhoods, and they must be demolished without any consideration. Open market places, Street Hawking and Speaking Twi unnecessarily, Trotro and Taxi operations are 4 major uncontrolled factors that have brought Ghana to it's lowest state. There are many others of which we do not want to pile up on. Squatting on private and unguarded plots, squatting along water ways, along gutters, sidewalks and government property is another set of reckless endangerment of the civilization of Ghana.
  
  We need a ruthless leader, one who is ruthless to the core that he or she will not tolerate unlawfulness. One strike and you are out principle, because we have a long way to go, and there cannot be any room for leniency! I can do this...

  When will under performing managers be fired and competent ones hired? In Ghana, we are always looking at promoting from within, another way of saying wait for your turn, as opposed to show your mettle and you will move up.

  However, what beats my imagination is how people could be operating fuel station at the full glare of everyone and the ministry under you could say the they didn't obtain the necessary qualification and permit to operate. The Goil station that burnt for instance had been in operation for more than 15 years. it is therefore unacceptable for Ghanaians to be told simply, they were not qualified. The bame is at your door step and that of your predecessors.
  
  Hopefully this is not going to open another door for your agents to rip their harvest through corrupt practices.
