  It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement in recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??

  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

  And this was the same agency just some few months ago proudly predicting that this year would be a dry seasonal one and drought in some part of Ghana could be unavoidable a phenomenon. On that note, I voice it out in here that their finding is bogus and could not be replicated same by the rest of the international Meteorological Agencies that boast of some powerful meteor equipment in their arsenal and as such they are just blowing out lies. Now then, all is obvious for the populace to read about them. I am done here!
