  Government has been too desperate making money from all sources including taxing donations that are meant to alleviate the plight of its own institutions. It is time to consider the proposal for exemption of duty on donations. I hope however that some miscreants will not take advantage of this to engage in some nefarious activity - to achieve selfish ends.
