There should be no church collections that day. If there should be any, it should go to the victims and their families.
Why could Ghanaian pastors and T.B Joshua prophesy about the flood? Charlatans.

I am really surprise of how much money you owns, But let's see when your money will save you from a crisis , Jesus cared for the bereaved ,sick and the poor and the Church is exactly following His steps and command. The Church has done soooooo many for nation and country and also individuals which you have no idea about, so which yours words before you incurred the other side of God. Repent and accept Christ ahead is the eternal hell fire for those who have not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour.
my heartfelt condolence to all affected families

The Christian Council of Ghana should have been proactive by drawing the politicians (Mahama and Oko Vanderpuye) attention to their inactions pertaining to the drainage problems in Accra. The CCG did not. The more pastors and the church stay out of politics, the more our politicians will be bold to be corrupt. In this case where about 150 people have lost their lives due to our poor drainage system in Accra, the CCG must bear some of the blame!

Prayers would take us anywhere. We need discipline society.
Religious bodies just like political parties have become safe heaven for criminals and nation looters
