Do you have reliable staff to support this plan? How many students in the rural areas have seen computer let alone internet? Do not waste students time with this nonsense. At least stick to the paper-based system and look for ways to remove the bad nuts from your system. This project won't help even if you have to cart all the rural children to the city.

Do you even have what it takes to organize your so-called IBT? TO do this in Ghana. Hmmmmm. How many computers are even available for Ghanaian students for rehearsals? Are these students going to sit for the So-called IBT with their ignorance about the program? What are your plans to deal with power situation in the country which has for some years become a headache?
