    Who needs a certificate to drive? In the US you can take an interpreter to translate the driver's exam for you in your local language in a written exam.

    Nii, many of these Ghanaian drivers cannot read the local Twi, Hausa, Ga, Fanti, or any other language if they didi not attend school; isn't it the fact? So, printing signs in these languages will make no difference!
