Raiding of the public purse is led by civil servants who are supposed to be responsible in the first place. Just look at their life styles. Also recent revelations of ghost employees etc etc. Protracted litigation.

govts are given power to manage the country BUT NOT TO CREATE LOOT AND SHARE WITH CIVIL SERVANTS and turn around to blame their inefficiencies and thievery on others...NDC HAD A MISERABLE OFFICE FOR DECADES, ONLY TO END UP WITH A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR MANSION OF OVER 20 million dollars and besides this, their apparatchiks have all become fuel station owners and big time business men ALL AT THE EXPENSE OF THE COUNTRY....whilst they acquire wealth by leaps and bounds thro thievery, GHANA ALSO BECOMES POORER BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS....SO WAS NDC VOTED FOR TO MISUSE THE POWER TO ONLY CREATE LOOT AND SHARE thro sole sourcing of contracts, sada, subah, gyeed, fake jdmt debts, 8.7 bn ghc overexpenditure in 2012 to win elections, ???......PLEASE GIVE CIVIL SERVANTS A BREAK AND TELL NDC GOVT TO PRACTICE FISCAL DISCIPLINE WITH THE POWER WE GAVE THEM AFTER VOTING AND TO STOP THE THIEVER,,,
