A big shame goes to dR. K.K Sarpong. His doctorate degree must be investigated to know where and how he acquired it. This has become necesary due to the fact that his reasoning and thinking capabilities are too minnow like a grade one kid. He couldn't win any pleasing laurels for Kotoko on his watch and he did not acquire or build any tangible asset for the club but he is not ashamed of that than taking Otumfuo and the people's club to court. He is black sheep to those holding Doctorate degrees. He will lose this court case.

A pleasing laurel is relative. Acquire or build tangible asset for the club with what money?
Silly simple minded analysis. You take everything on face value.
You think Asante Kotoko has money or is worth anything? The club is broke if you don't know. It is being run on benevolence. As a corporate entity it should have been liquidated ages ago.
First principle in business is how do you make money. If you have a broken revenue model your business is as good as dead. When professionals come in and take decisions to fix your revenue model and money starts flowing in you then think the club has money. How does a football club make money?
1. Matchday Revenues
The club's share of gate receipts (season tickets and memberships) at matches which is driven by match attendance
2. Broadcast Revenue
Revenue made from broadcast rights for domestic and international competitions and games
3. Commercial Sources
Sponsorship and merchandising revenue
Second principle, manage the balancing act of financing the business over and above its immediate revenue generating ability is key. Ask which bank is prepared to finance the Porcupine Warriors as a business? Especially with the "Me gye me team" mentality which prevents consistency of corporate performance, proper accountability of stewardship and continued benevolent financing which is the subject of the current case at hand. I bet we could model this easily:
Court case = (Appointment + Benevolent Personal Financing + Use of personal reputation and contacts + Use of club's corporate image + Public vilification and insults) - (vindication from public insults + Benevolent Financing)
I don't think in asking for his benevolent financing he has asked for too much, just his personal monetary aspect.
You then go on to question his Doctorate degree? Well you are entitled your opinion and question.
Google, him or find out about his background first before asking your grade one questions.
Thank you.
