Ghanaians Abroad carry our Gh ID cards everywhere we go, we sleep with it and can wait to come home and vote against NDC out come 2016. We're unhappy and have lost hope with d John Mahama's Ndc govm't with the abundant of resources: Oil, Cocoa, Gold etc. We dont have peace of mind bcos of the rate at which our families are suffering back home. Germany is dion well here and, We beleive & have confidence under Nana Addo's capability things can work again in Ghana like in germany. We believe Npp has track record" and under Nana Addo's gov't could enhance structural transformation with a goal of industrialising and adding value to our primary products. Expanding micro-economic activity & public infrastructure to creat numerous of high payin jobs. Npp is committed of building a society of opportunities for the Ghanaian ppl, which will provide quality education, quality skill, research & experiment, good job, and high-pay for all Ghanaians. For this reason: Ewes, Akans, Northerners, Westerners should all come together as one ppl n bring Npp to power come 2016.

Then I am proposing that the northern scholarship must be scrapped. That is the highest level of communism practiced in certain parts of the country. It's a free market economy and the prices of services and goods are determined by world market prices so can you explain this administration's decision to increase the price of gasoline at the time when the price of crude oil dropped to an all time low on the world market? I live in the US which has a free market economy just like Ghana. During the same period when the world market price of crude oil fell to an all time low, they did not jack up the prices of gasoline but instead the off the pump price also fell substantially. Please explain the math and logic behind Ghana's price increases.

Should we look any further than those who have mismanaged the economy, look beyond the mark to look for who to blame for mismanagement of an economy that caught the attention of the world about ten years ago and inspired so much hope among the citizenry? Of course, Mahama and the NDC are responsible for mismanaging the economy. They are not just incompetent and clueless in the art of governance and economy management but they are so corrupt they make Lucifer look like an Elijah or John the Baptist.

IMF Economic MedicineSince the 1980s, it is mainly the Structural Adjustment Programs (SAPs) of the World Bank and the IMF that act as the enforcers of neoliberalism. These programs are levied against the countries of the South which can be extorted due to their debts. Meanwhile, numerous military interventions and wars help to take possession of the assets that still remain, secure resources, install neoliberalism as the global economic politics, crush resistance movements (which are cynically labeled as “IMF uprisings”), and facilitate the lucrative business of reconstruction.[57]In the 1980s, Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher introduced neoliberalism in Anglo-America. In 1989, the so-called “Washington Consensus” was formulated. It claimed to lead to global freedom, prosperity and economic growth through “deregulation, liberalization and privatization”. This has become the credo and promise of all neoliberals. Today we know that the promise has come true for the corporations only – not for anybody else.In the Middle East, the Western support for Saddam Hussein in the war between Iraq and Iran in the 1980s, and the Gulf War of the early 1990s, announced the permanent U.S. presence in the world’s most contested oil region. In continental Europe, neoliberalism began with the crisis in Yugoslavia caused by the Structural Adjustment Programs (SAPs) of the World Bank and the IMF. The country was heavily exploited, fell apart and finally beset by a civil war over its last remaining resources.[58] Since the NATO war in 1999, the Balkans are fragmented, occupied and geopolitically under neoliberal control.[59] The region is of main strategic interest for future oil and gas transport from the Caucasus to the West (for example the “Nabucco” gas pipeline that is supposed to start operating from the Caspian Sea through Turkey and the Balkans by 2011.[60] The reconstruction of the Balkans is exclusively in the hands of Western corporations. All governments, whether left, right, liberal or green, accept this. There is no analysis of the connection between the politics of neoliberalism, its history, its background and its effects on Europe and other parts of the world. Likewise, there is no analysis of its connection to the new militarism.
