What is not "Broke" in Ghana. Is the National ID cards free? The institution should self sufficient and self financing. Very soon, air will even be "Broke" in Ghana.

As for Mahama he's just having a good time out there . Next time you should look at the persons track record before you vote. Mahama is just a simple minded person with no synogistic or analytical capability .
