Gbevlo Lartey as political head of the party's political committee, under late President Mills. Col. Gbevlo Lartey was then still head of the nation's intelligence bureau. The Ndc have not changed its spots after all these years in government, they are likely to commit to their old crude communist style. And to the astute chief, he now finds himself in good company. So what is the big deal.
