    I have been to Togo on numerous occasions and I will not in anyway compare or label it a failed state.With the very limited agricultural lands and resources they can boast of a better living standard than us in Ghana.

    76 countries were ranked and Ghana came last. Not all the 195 in the world were in this survey.

    Few African countries are in this survey but still to be ranked below Mexico and Honduras is very embarrassing.

    Placing 76th out of 76 countries is TOO BAD, and should never be seen as a plus. Ghana could well have placed higher than countries like Bourkina Faso, Mali and Togo, to mention a few, if the OECD had expanded the sample.
