If you want to know those behind the killing of the two American citizens in Akosombo then read this. According to the story" The two who are leaders of the African American community in Akwamu were recently accused by the Chieftaincy Minister, Dr. Seidu Danaa, of illegally acting as chiefs."
"Private legal practitioner, Samson Lardy Anyenini late last year brought a suit on behalf of the leaders and against the Chieftaincy Minister whom they alleged had supported one Osofo to mistreat them using national security.

The Osofo was named in the suit as claiming right to the symbolic stool and skin created by the national house of chiefs to reintegrate disaporians.

Samson says that suit was withdrawn earlier this year after the Attorney-General (A-G) called for an amicable settlement."
The question is if the government has declared the status of the Afro Americans as an illegality, why did the Attorney General beg that the issue should be withdrawn from court. The answer is simple. Withdraw the case, kill the Afro Americans and case die.
I promise, The blood of these Afro Americans shall not be in vain. I will fight till the end.

Well, well, Mr Minister, but for the fact that you are a Minister in a typically messed up third world country, you would have also been thrown in the dock with the other suspects for sure.

I really do not know where this clown picked up his doctorate degree from, but suffice it to say, highly educated Ghanaians are a shame and a disgrace to higher education.

Perhaps this man has never ever heard of the term, 'accessory to a crime'. As the Minister of Chieftaincy, he clearly inflamed the party that committed this most heinous murder of the two African-Americans with his inflammatory statements against those who were killed. I would even go further to suggest that he should also be arrested and thoroughly investigated for his possible involvement.

Tragedy. we must all baw our heads in shame that this could happen in contemporary Ghana? Public office holders must tower above reproach, show calculated insightful leadership and above all competence. A good leader normaly must be aware of and sensitive to their environs..........just one unwitting indulgence could reap repicursions far reaching.....in fact with dire consequences......and what is worse than what has just happened. It is time for the commander in chief to act ..... And he must act fast to save face with this unfortunate failure of leadership from Danaa! A stitch in time .......saves......nine of course! Hon Danaa must have done well in other areas but in this particular issue he has failed woefully. I have followed this African American issues in the press for quite a while and the manner in which it has turned out.......which, in fact is the worse case scenario....has proven that Danaa is incompetent if not culpable .....at the least.

This is a gov't that an Ex national security coordinator can mount a reckless siege on a tertiary institution and wreck untold destruction at this tertiary institution in the Capital, Accra, the Seat of Gov't in this country creating insecurity in this country.
Numerous examples of this murderous ruin of insecurity under this Mahama NDC gov't can be cited to fill a whole cruise liner and more.
Clearly, the Mahama NDC gov't has failed and needs to go in 2016. This is by far the worst gov't ever in the history of governance in this country and the Mahama NDC gov't needs to go.

I think you and your so call chiefs should use your strength and whatever wisdoms that you have if any to develop your communities, ensuring that you have good schools, that you have good hospital, that your communities are healthy, that you have well educated people that the community can benefit on, that you have good roads, that you have jobs in your area for your youth, that you have adequate resources for emergencies, that you are teaching good morals to your youth not just your immediate family members, etc. I think all the above would be more beneficial than just blowing hot air. Use your Phd or whatever that you have to do something good, and stop being greedy. God have mercy on Ghana.

Who asked Dr Danaa to take sides in a chieftaincy dispute by solely declaring the chieftaincy status of the Americans illegal. Who sent the National Security Officials to go and harass the Americans. We all know the National Security Zombis like operating under the cover of darkness( you remember the Legon Toll Booth Saga) and their hatred for dogs is unimaginable( you remember NS official threatened to shoot and kill the dogs of the software designer of UG students' election). So if the dogs of the two American citizens were killed prior to their gruesome murder you can now see those behind the killing.
Dr Danaa cannot throw dust into our eyes. If others have thrown dust into his eyes, that is his own cup of tea.

This reminds me of doctors who had their lives seriously threatened when the suit the Ghana Heath Service for callously and criminally dismissing them.The hierarchy of GHS dismissed the doctors to cover up a corrupt management at Effia Nkwanta hospital making money at the expense of patients needlessly dieing.The doctors were instantly made scapegoats by the Director General Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira who sacked the doctors in less than a month in office without audience.It was a heinous criminal act with political and tribal undertones to cover cronies involved in illegalities instead of sanctioning them.This case also points to the fact that the corruption machinery in public institutions involve top civil servants.In conspiracy with the Chief Psychiatrist Dr Akwasi Osei a letter signed by the new DG Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira falsely accused the doctors of suffering from 'possible delusional disorder' without evidence.The doctors were then sacked through an indefinite suspension without salary on the bases that they refused compulsory assessment and treatment.It also vindicated the doctors stance of a conspiracy to victimize them since the GHS came out with this fantastic conclusion without never meeting the doctors.Their dismissal letters under the guise of an indefinite suspension was incredibly copied to then Health Minister Alban Bagbin,current Majority Leader, supposedly one of the anti-corruption crusaders in the country.All efforts by the doctors including letters to the Health Minister,National Labour Commission,The Employment and Labour Minister,The Head of Civil Service to have the doctors reinstated proved futile.More was to follow when the doctors were compelled to sue the Ghana Health Service at the Fast Track High Court in Accra.Whiles the case was gagged up at the High Court with all efforts targeted at suppressing or destroying it in favor of Ghana Health Service,the doctors had their lives seriously under siege.The doctors remain adamant in pursuing the injustice and criminal act against them and were met with direct plots targeted at eliminating them.One of them suffered 2 assassination attempts prompting him to write for police inquiry into his case personally presenting letters to the police PRO and IGP offices which was met with a deafening silence anyway.In the first attempt he had the vehicle of his fuel tank filled with salt grounding his engine that nearly burnt him to death.How a vehicle with a central lock had a fuel tank opened beats one imagination.The second attempt was when he had the knots of his car tyres at the driver's side slacked and replace that came off when he was traveling to Takoradi from Accra.He was only lucky to be moving at slow pace without an air condition and heard the tyres wobbling.8 knots 4 at the front and 4 at the back were slacked.The first lawyer he picked for the case openly told him the hierarchy of GHS told him he is 'loud mouth' and they have been hunting for him for sometime now.He also added the case will be turned against him as it involved big men even though he is the victim and that one's live could be under threat with such a case.There was suddenly a complete media blackout following an initial widespread media publicity and advocacy on the doctor's plight.The case was only recently heard for the first time at the Human Rights Court in Accra since 2012 with 6 other lawyers lobbied out of it in between the first and the current as the doctor had resolved not to give up in a matter bothering on his life.The justice system in this country only serves the rich and powerful often the perpetrators of some heinous crimes such as contract killings.This case involving high profile civil servants and politicians tells of how villains use their position of influence to molest and brutalized their powerless victims to death because in the face of the law,they are untouchable.
