  KNUST failed to rusticate and report to the police a female student who beat up her roommate; the lecturers have been bought. It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement in recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
  
  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

  by teachers and when is being organised b4 u finally conclude.U didnt take up any research,it's ur own opinion.Am compelled to say all this bcos:
  1.u couldnt differentiate btween sandwich courses n distances courses.
  2.U didnt rate percentages of teachers who have been absenting themselves from school for courses.
  3.How do u expect the various stakeholders to handle this situation?-To cancel the course or sanction teachers concern.Thanks.
