How can you sue a service provider in this situation? The same agreement you are talking about, did it say government and for that matter NHIS should default payment to the service providers? You see how foolish you guys are? Go and tell mahama to do this and see the outcome if the government will not be charged for defaulting payment and pay the rest of the money which is yet to be stolen?

When so called think tanks reason like foot soldiers I weep Ghana. Every ignoramus opens his mouth to spew garbage. No Nhis card holder can sue any service provider. NHIS clients don't have any contract with service providers. If they wanna sue they shd sue Nhis bcos they paid their monies to Nhis to procure health on their behalf. Nhis can then sue service providers but Nhis can't bcos they failed in their obligations to pay service providers after within 90 days of service provision. In fact Nhis hasn't paid providers for 8months (240 days and more). Service providers under the law have a right to stop service delivery after 90 days if no payment is done.

Man must think before he speaks. Which law court will hear dis case while nhis owes service providers for eight good months.

If you were smart you would have suggested that services providers sue NHIA for defaulting in payment.

I want to throw a big challenge to representatives of the off: Political Parties, Consultants, Acedemicians(Professors and Drs.) The various groups and associations who feel they have the know-how, and especially those who rank themselves as Political Scientists. I want to meet them on a serious national debate for the people of Ghana to know Who is Who. We will be talking about solutions to (1) Corruption.(2) National Health Insurance.(3) The Energy Crisis.(4) The National Infrastructural Development. (5) Education and (6) The Best Democratic System. Any interested promoter can organise this forum. Contact my brother, Yaw Boating Gyan and you will find me.
