This speech is just the usual talk shop of the incompetent and useless NDC just good at running their mouths. Where in the speech is the strongest indication, when the President could tell us we have done A B C D at this cost and it is left with E F G with time lines, E is planned to complete at this date, F at that date and G at a particular date and all at this cost. There are no such facts in what the President said, it is just the usual running of the mouth. The Prez and his NDC must know by now serious governance is not about communication, Ghanaians must be well reminded that empty barrels make the most noise. The Prez started building his government with communication experts thinking you can just perform anyhow and just talk tough to cover your arse, just deceive the people that all is well, when infact everbody is suffering., but it only a matter of time that you will be exposed. This NDC government has proven to be useless infact the worse government ever in the history of Ghana.

In the mean time businesses are closing down and folding up with job loses because of dumsor, yet this President does not see the urgency to act. He should have sacked those responsible for all his failed promises. Instead, he keeps on deceiving himself. It's his presidency that is on the line and dumsor could be his boko haram in December 2016.
