The name of that particular JSS really doesn't matter since child molesting, defilement , adultery and sexual promiscuity is a general practice in the Keta municipality and, in fact, Trokosiland as a whole. What a shame?

the other regions in 2013-2014 indicated that Teenage pregnancies is on the rise in our Homeland(partly due to Hard Times)

In some Municipalities, the numbers were even higher than what is reported in the Keta Municpality.

Teenage pregnancy is morally wrong and sinful.
The problem rests with WE the Adults NOT the children:
A NATION OF MEN THAT THINK WITH
OUR PENISES,DEPRIVES OUR
DAUGHTER'S THE OPPORTUNITY TO
REALIZE THEIR DREAMS.

The Ministry of Education,Children's Mental Health Department and Gender and Children's Ministry must set stringent laws to protect our daughters.
In some schools,it is the school Principals and Teachers that are sleeping with these CHILDREN.

There are laws and regulations that protect these girls but they are Not been followed-enforced.
In some civilized communities teachers are stripped off their teaching licences and jailed for such offences.But,in Ghana anything goes.

If the age limit is 16 in Ghana,it should be enforced once a student reorts a teacher or a male adult in the community.
Parents should teach their daughters
NOT TO ALLOW ANY MAN TO STEAL THEIR DREAMS AWAY FROM THEM.

WE THE MEN SHOULD STOP THINKING WITH OUR PENISES.

These girls are very "SMART" indeed! They know that after graduating from school they would have to search for job and settle down for while before they start to bear children. However, since they are GUARANTEED to join millions of "UNEMPLOYABLE GRADUATES", why don't they reverse the trend and start bearing children first. May be by the time the Mahama administration solve the DUMSOR problem and employment starts picking up, the girls could go back to school and get their certificates. By then their children would be teenagers. I believe these girls do not want to waste time chasing for the unavailable jobs after school. They are very smart indeed!

This is no news because I know their teachers have done their part. As we used to say that socialization begins at home. Parents must do their possible best to culture their wards very well. Similar incident happened to me when I was teaching in the year 2012. There was a girl that I was teaching. They were in JHS two. When I was employed in the school to teach I realized that these JHS 2 students were lacking so far as science is concern. So I devoted a lot of my time to help them by organizing extra classes outside school curriculum. Not knowing that as I was doing extra classes outside school curriculum to prepare them effectively to face the BECE exams this girl was engaging sexual affection with one of the male students. There were a time they went to have an affection in a classroom and when they were caught the guy run away leaving the female with the her giving reasons to the security man that her teacher is coming to teach her. During that time too I was the only one who used to have classes in that school. So they started pointing fingers at me that I was the culprit but truth in it prevailed in the latter part where the guy was pointed to be the culprit.

resulting in pregnancies which is forcefully aborted by fetish priests.They have a concoctionwhich the girl is forced to drink which causes severe stostomach ache and eventually the abortion.One of the common side effects of this is the inability of the girl to have any children later on in life.The government must act to stop this silent torture and save the girls.
