  Thank you Prof. Jega for recognising the good work that Dr Afari-Djan has done for you and Africa in general.
  
  I must first admit that, Ghana electoral system is not perfect as it should be as compare to other developed countries. However these weaknesses in our electoral system does not make Dr Afari-Djan a bad person or incompetent as NPP want people to believe.
  
  Dr Afari-Djan has successfully organised elections in Ghana since 1992, and has provided consultancy services to other countries worldwide but still NPP want to portray him as a demon and responsible foe Nana Akuffo-Addo failure to win elections.
  
  Another funny and pathetic thing after the Nigeria election, was NPP members telling Afari-Djan to learn from the Prof. Jega. How many successful election has Prof. Jega organised for Dr Afari-Djan to learn from?
  
  Dr Afari-Djan, may God bless you as you prepare for your retirement for serving mother.
  
  Though, there are flaws in Ghana electoral system which need to be addressed before 2016, my advice to NPP is that, elections are won at the polling stations not electoral commission office or at the Supreme Court so Nana should go out and campaign instead of sitting in his residence and receiving visitors. Kufour did not sit in his plush house but rather went out and campaign to win 2000 election. Mills won 2008 by going house to house campaign. What about Nana? Just dancing kangaroo with members. And when he loss, he blame Kufour, Alan, Otumfoo, Afari-Djan and Atuguba and etc.
  
  Dr Afari-Djan, you have done your best, so feel proud for the good work you have done for Ghana.
  
  My final prayer is for President Mahama not to listen to NPP unneccessary noise but follow the constitution and advice from the council of state and appoint a highly independent competent to continue the good works of Dr Afari-Djan and also make the necessary changes at the commission to organise elections that results will be accepted by all.
  
  May God bless you Dr Afari-Djan.

Meanwhile the NPP is casting Dr Afari Djan in the mould of extreme incompetence and dishonesty so far as the conduct of elections are concerned since 1992. So, is the NPP going to castigate Prof Jega for praising Afari Djan for his competence or are they going to say Prof Jega is doing PR or a propagandist for the NDC?
