Abuga's lawyer is completely right. How can Abuga who has a limited authority to sign for funds to be released be sitting in court whiles the substantive minister is running around unscathed by his actions if not for tribal inward looking people?
What the judge said on paper it could be true but, in reality what Abuga's lawyer said is completely on the money. That's exactly what happened in that particular case of GYEDA.
Leave the poor boy alone and take on the real perpetrators of the crime being Humedu and those who actually signed for the funds to be released.

The informer is lying. No judge has said any such thing as suggested hence the paper is saying it's not going to disclose the identity of the said judge. The informer is an ewe newspaper and therefore trying to defend oneof their own Humado with this crap to convince the general public. Abuga Pele's lawyer is absolutely right about what he said. Hey ghanaians, wake up for that was a diabolical plan by these inward looking ewes to shield one of their own and use Abuga as a scapegoat. Na lie from the informer period.

Bless you for your insightful revelation about the INFORMER newspaper. You've taken my very words out of my mouth and I thank G-d that at least there are rational people like you who can smell a rat a mile away. Tribalism is. Very sensitive issue and one who uses it as a gain is brutish and must be condemned in no uncertain terms. In other words, a retired High Court judge would have been proud to reveal his identity for taken on a perceived Unpatriotic outburst by no mean a person than a lawyer. A cripple who always needs to be pushed around goes to a bank, commit robbery and returns home safely. Police comes in to arrest only the cripple who couldn't have gone to the bank alone. Where then is justice? Humado is to be persecuted just as Abuga Pele is.

The anonymous retired Judge must be blind, deaf or a hypocrite to not know that justice is not and has never been blind in Ghana. Can that retired judge explain why Kufour increased the judges on Ghana's Supreme Court and or why such a move miraculously and or coincidentally enabled the Kufour administration to hang a guilty verdict on Tsatsu Tsikata?
The hardest thing, you know, is to be a principled person and it is because most in Ghana’s elite and ruling class are not principled that is why chaos has taken hold of Ghana politics. I am going to say this until I'm blue or red in the face: management offices throughout government institutions are lacking in good business practices and procedures. Why should the courts hold Abuga Pele responsible for financial loss or misappropriation when the Minister of Youth and Sports is the head of the organization obligated by his post and administrative laws to implement standards for expenditure transactions? To deny bias in boardrooms in Ghana is to bury your head in the Korle lagoon whoever you are Mr. retired justice.

The retired Judge must be blind, deaf or a hypocrite or at best be an ewe, the tribe of myself and Hon Humado, the former Youth and Sports minister in this case. At worse, they should both be jointly charged. Why should ALL the committee members be from my tribe? and why did the committee not purge itself of the tribal bias knowing the Youth and Sports minister is an ewe and others may see through. Don't rub Ghana of the truth. The committee members must come clean or stand accused of prosecuting a tribal agenda.
