When Dr Bawumia was cautioning government on the consequences of the excessive borrowing of the NDC government Prez Mahama's response to him was that they will borrow more because when they borrow they don't use it for 'chichinga' they use it for development. He was completely ignorant of the consequences out of incompetence. Now they have gone to IMF for they to be told the same thing Dr Bawumiah said and they have agreed to follow it. what a pity.
