It is an irony that the government would be able to come out with any sensible employment policy when the country has no official unemployment rate. All they have is the politically massaged inflation rate which keeps going down while the miserable cedi also keeps going down. Economics is no revolution.

The problem is that we have had alot of these policies but they are not operational but always become white elephant.
