As a young person I feel the need to caution Ghanaians on attributing ill-discipline to young age. Ill discipline is a matter of character and is not restricted to any age group!! The world over, disciplined young people are helping countries, companies and organizations to attain huge successes in all fields including governance. The solution is to perform deep character vetting prior to appointments, and continued monitoring during tenures of office. Above all, ill discipline should be punished appropriately to act as a deterant.
