You are absolutely right to the extent that this COCAINDC have been sponsoring their so-called supporters by sending them -the latest being the World Cup in Brazil-overseas at the expense of the Ghanaian Taxpayer.

And when they arrive in those countries, they start to claim ASYLUM.

HOW DISGUSTING!!! If your Government, that has used the Taxpayer's MONEY to send you to support your Football Team, coaches you to seek ASYLUM in a Foreign Country, then of course the Government itself (in this case COCAINDC), knows very well that they are devoid of Sound Economic Policies so the alternative is to embark on a PUSH-OUT POLICIES.

I remember when I was in New Zealand, the Murderer Rawlings' Regime sent some THIRTEEN ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICERS to Australia for a Course. And believe me, NOT A SINGLE PERSON RETURNED HOME TO GHANA.

So you are absolutely RIGHT, Close Observer. In that if people like this KOJO APPIAH were to like the Policies of his COCAINDC PARTY and her GOVERNMENT, they wouldn't be singing their praises from afar.

We all know that it is going to take NPP, under NANA AKUFO-ADDO to resurrect the Ship of State from the GUTTERS THIS CONCAINDC HAD STEERED INTO.

Ghanaians and the rest of of world witnessed a live telecast of the opposition opposing the then victory of presidential election won by his excellencies PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA.

We all also witnessed the incompetence of this aggrieved but overweight Philip Addison whom Tsatsu Tsikata floored him in the highest court of the land. Ghanaians and mostly lawyers and student lawyers learnt new areas of the law as Legal luminary, Tsatsu Tsikata, expanded on the pink sheet matter using legal mathematics and logic.

Not to also forget how this Philip Addison was befuddled with heavy weight legal punches from Tsikata reminiscing that of a David and a Goliath of Biblical times.

It is therefore risible for this defeated NPP aspirant to easily forget his incompetence and perhaps tries to hide it in his recent attack on the old man, Afari Djan. Philip Addison's mien comes across as not only childish but a big BUFFOON.

It therefore goes without argument that the decision by the Supreme Court was basically a "confrontational" one that was calling for a WAR, other than on Legal Basis.

If a President of a Court does state that, "there is NO where in Africa that an Election Petition had been successful, therefore it should be left into the hands of the MASSES", then I leave that to your own conclusion.

Literally speaking, THIEF TSATSU TSIKATA was NOT able to display any Legal basis as to why over 265,000 so called Ghanaians in the Diaspora happened to be on the Electoral Roll and were deemed to have voted when of course we ARE NOT ALLOWED TO.

Only to say that it was a CLERICAL ERROR!!! And of course the number had already been factored into the RESULTS.

Ghanaians should THANK NANA AKUFFO ADDO FOR ACCEPTING THE RESULTS. Because if I had been in his shoes, GHANA would have been in FLAMES ON THE SIDE OF THE ENEMIES.

JUST THINK IT OUT LOUD!!!

What is a 'confrontational' decision by a Supreme Court? One would think it is cases that tend to be confrontational, not the Court's decision by consensus. Get your logic straight!

How was the number of Diasporan Votes accounted for in the Court? When did Afari-Gyan admit that that number was added to the tally while no one in Diaspora was allowed to vote? And how did he break down that number to show the component Partisan votes from that source? Or, you alone heard that Afari-Gyan conceded that he added all that number of Diasporan Votes to the NDC's count?

If there were any Clerical Error, it was not included in the estimation of the total results by the Supreme Court. So, do not feign absolute victory for Akufo-Addo was stolen for Mahama.

If your bizarre analysis were to hold, the Parliamentary Vote tally would also have been seriously questioned. But how much fuss did anyone, including Akufo-Addo's Lawyers, make on the Parliamentary votes?

Ghanaians owe Akufo-Addo no thanks! It is the larger NPP Electorate that deserve commendation for their understanding and appreciation for the Rule of Law as the Supreme Court decided.

And thank God Ghana would never have a dunderhead like you for a Party's Flagbearer. Not even if you formed your own Political Party, all by yourself, and made yourself a Flagbearer!!! Beetle Juice!

Just enjoy your wishful-thinking in the peaceful Outback, and stop stoking the embers to start conflagration among us, wiser Ghanaians!

Instead of helping to devise a better strategy for the NPP to win clearly and convincingly, you sit there and always lament on spilled milk of the last Elections. Paying the Delegates bribes of GC25 dollars each to induce them to vote Akufo-Addo the Flagbearer more undermines the Democracy of the Nation than anything you dubiously claim here to have been done by Afari-Gyan. We are burdened now with the problem of finding a legal way to get the in-electable Akufo-Addo finally get elected in 2016, and all you are doing is stoking the embers to cause needless conflagration that would spare no side.

Yet, Ghana and Britain in terms of their economies, are like bananas and peanuts if compared. Every time you hear these nation wreckers, all they sing about is that bad management is the reason for the cedi slide. Even mighty countries such as the UK can not stop the rise of the dollar.

The whole devaluation Ghana under went just before the NPP lost power was a ploy to blame any other person in power our inability to hold the exchange rate stable at 1:1. It should not have been done at 1:1 but introduce larger denomination notes.

We have another problem width these nation wreckers: lies and lies. Corruption in not new in Ghana. Successive governments have always swept it under the carpet.

Who ever negotiated our oil deal that gave Ghana, the owner of the oil 10% and 90 % to foreigners?

Yet, Ghana and Britain in terms of their economies, are like bananas and peanuts if compared. Every time you hear these nation wreckers, all they sing about is that bad management is the reason for the cedi slide. Even mighty countries such as the UK can not stop the rise of the dollar.

The whole devaluation Ghana under went just before the NPP lost power that gave us the 1 Cedi :$1 was a ploy to blame any other person who came to power will be unable to hold the exchange rate stable at 1:1.

It should not have been done at 1:1 but introduce larger denomination notes.

We have another problem with these nation wreckers: lies and lies. Corruption in not new in Ghana. Successive governments have always swept it under the carpet.

Who ever negotiated our oil deal that gave Ghana, the owner of the oil 10% and 90 % to foreigners?

The EC every sensible person knew wasn't going to strip Mr. Mahama of the presidency and declare Akufo Addo as the winner, so the hullabaloo at the court was an enormous waste of time, resources and huge financial loss to the as many foreign investors were advised to stay away from Ghana for that period.
Nothing like that should ever happen again.
The courts should be smart enough to throw such allegations away next time any idiotic entity brings such a case before.

So, quit this paranoia, or injudicious battering of the EC Chairman. If he had helped you win the case you lost for Akufo-Addo, you would surely be singing praises to his name, and consider him a legend or hero of our Democracy.

What if the NPP wins the next Elections and the NDC decides to have the decision tested in Court as the NPP did and the NPP prevailed only to have the NDC keep bashing the Judges and the EC Chair for some indiscretion like you are doing now?

It is not the 'stubbornness' of Afari-Gyan that caused you to lose the case. Do not blame your loss on him. He just provided whatever evidence he had to help the Court decide it. The conduct of Dr. Afari Gyan over the years, which conduct has been consistently mired in controversy with the bungling of one election after another culminating in the recent messing up of the district assembly elections whether done deliberately or otherwise, is a great disservice and a threat to our democracy.
Increasingly, the lack of credibility of the EC within the context of universal adult suffrage and the citizen's right to choose unencumbered, who in their right mind is better suited to govern them, having weighed the issues and the facts and the platforms on which these issues are predicated, and exercising that right within a constitutional framework and statutes has suffered serious deficits, and nudged our dear country Ghana closer and closer to the brink of chaos and needless mayhem.
The magnanimity, forbearance and the peace-loving nature of Ghanaians in the inherent belief in the system to be righted, and purposely serve the hopes and aspirations of the masses has on countless occasions, pulled and reined in the country, from the brink.
The conduct of the EC in the processes and procedures underpinning the exercising of this right, needs the infusion of very badly needed huge doses of integrity and credibility, ethical conduct and honesty, passion for fairness and truth, absolute respect for the choice of the citizenry and in this regard, as Dr. Afari Gyan leaves in June, these would be extremely critical in further cementing the principles and ideals of our democracy.
Ghana is headed in the wrong direction with an Afari-Gyan type of management and administration at the EC and it can only spell doom for this country going forward.

I think in that case, the state's financial gain or loss nd any other person's(individually or collectively) gain or loss should supercede that of an individual complainant.
