    NPP FOUND CRUDE OIL IN LESS THAN FIVE YEARS AFTER NDC HAD FAILED TO FIND SAME OIL IN 19 YEARS....ALL THE BENEFITS FROM THE OIL HAVE BEEN DISSIPATED BY THESE NDC CRIMINAL IN POWER.....SO HOW CAN AFRICA GROW WITH SUCH ATTITUDE

    In theory, yes, we have to be innovative. But when the basics and opportunity are not available, it is almost impossible. Tell someone who cannot afford a decent meal they need to innovate.
