The curriculum of this program should be fashioned towards apprenticeship and entrepreneurship so that graduating student will be equipped to venture into their on oil, gas, petrochemical, fertilizer and other aspects of the oil and gas value chains. We need to start to operate in the natural resource businesses ourselves instead of always training to work for others, which should be done during periods of apprenticeship.

Imagine what our Minister is suggesting as strategies..per this article "The Minister said the challenge confronting many oil-rich developing countries was how to manage the revenues and spin-off benefits from production, as well as environmental degradation, resulting from poor sector oversight, and that, these were pitfalls Ghana would want to avoid.
He said it was for these reasons that government was employing strategies to rapidly increase the capacity of institutions in the sector, citing for example, the procurement and delivery of a patrol vessel to the EPA for improved emergency response and environmental monitoring...Pay attention to his suggested so call Strategies... Oh Ghana where dey our educated selfless sons!!
