Given the fact that statistics can be manipulated every which way, and that reference points can differ depending on what one seeks to portray, cherry picking your information will not serve any purpose other than casting doubts on the veracity on your statements. If he managed to get the GSS to confess that some of the figures were errors and also got the Afdb to admit that they had made an error in figures they had published, then the onus lies on the government to prove the veracity of their figures. The least doubt casts an enormous credibility issue on the government figures. Please come again and don't allow partisanship to cloud your judgement.

You wrote a 70 page paper based on figures from the GSS which yOou used to support your arguments, and yet in that same paper, you sought to condem the GSS. You did not even give the source of your figures (plagiarism). If you were a real guru, you should have known that you cannot compare provisional, revised, final figures across years. You must compare like to like. Ah well, since you are now the most intelligent person in NPP we shall keep quite. Just make sure that you don't cause us to lose!

So of the funding requirement of GHS12.2 billion for the 8 agencies we will borrow in excess of GHS10 billion if we assume that grants from donors come to GHS1 billion.

This simply loading more debt on the accounts, payment of which is currently running at GHS9.5 billion in 2015. This is not sustainable.

Unfortunately, this is not why taxpayer cedis are spent on intellectuals but to help build a prosperous nation irrespective of your politics or party.
