  IN MY PREVIOUS NOTE I SUGGESTED THAT IF THE GH GOVERNMENT COULD GIVE ME THE TOR FOR FREE I WOULL MAKE SURE THE PEOPLE OF GH BENEFIT MAXIMUM AND TOR WOULD OPERATE TO MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND MORDERNISATION
