But more needs to be done because the rains may be unpredictable though we all hope for better rains to fill the dams and to plan to store excess water. Ghanaians are tired of dumsor. Even if we begin to generate power at full capacity the damage to lives, jobs etc. can never be forgotten. It will forever be on the heads of this govt.
