THEY LAY TRAPPED-BASKET ALL OVER THE RIVER BED FOR A LONG TIME AND SOMETIMES FORGET TO RETRIEVE THEM. THESE FISHING SYSTEM CLOG UP THE RIVER BEDS, AND THEY NEVER WAST ANYTIME TO DRENCH OR CLEAN RIVER FLOOR.

When the Stadium in Accra was named after him by NPP government, the NDC government removed his name and made it Accra Sports Stadium because Ohene Djan was not a Ga. However, Baba Yara's name is still kept on Kumasi Sports Stadium. It explains everything between NPP & NDC

  In the article's title, we've "immigrants", who may or may not come from other parts of Ghana, but the first sentence in the main article goes further to refer to these so-called immigrants as "foreigners."
  
  Foreigners completely come from other countries and NOT from other parts of a country. When I was reading the article I was thinking that they might have come from the Ivory Coast, Togo, Burkina Faso or Nigeria.
  
  So, Starrfmonline.com, could you please come back and clarify this confusion for us? Are they Ghanaian immigrants from other regions of Ghana or foreigners from other countries—if the latter is the case, then where is Ghana’s immigration service to handle "work and residence permits" for these foreigners?
