GWCL should reduce cost by attending to water leakages promptly. There is a leakage in your pipeline in front of my house at Haatso which I reported at your Legon office on 21st, 23rd and24th March, 2015. To date no one has attended to the leakage despite the assurances given by your officers to solve the problem. Imagine the cost of the quantity of water wasted!
