  Member of Parliament for the La Dadekotopon Constituency, Hon. Nii Amasah Namoalo, claims he would have sued the government in court for more money if he were in the shoes of Alfred Agbesi Woyome.
  
  The latter illegally received Ghc51 million from the State in 2010 for his role in the construction of stadia for the CAN 2008 tournament held in Ghana. And for this reason, the Supreme Court, on July 29, 2014, ordered him to refund the money to the state on the grounds that he got the money out of unconstitutional and invalid contracts between the state and Waterville Holdings Limited in 2006 for the construction of stadia for CAN 2008.
  
  But speaking on UTV’s Adekye Nsroma, the MP for La Dadekotopon urged Mr. Woyome to go to court and sue the state for failing to present his contract to Parliament before the money was paid to him.
  
  He accused the New Patriotic Party of masterminding this move when they were power and wondered why they failed to do the just thing by bringing the contract to parliament.
  
  “If the NPP had brought the contract to parliament before the payment was made, the Supreme Court wouldn’t have directed Woyome to refund the money to the state…I wonder what influenced the NPP not to bring the contract to Parliament”, he said.

  Nana Addo and his NPP desperate for power in 2012 refused to accept the peoples’ voice and painted the EC and Afari Gyan as bias and evil. Nana Addo went further with his three disciples of lies to waste the country's time and money to contest the results at the Supreme Court; an action that further deepened the economic problems of the nation. He and his short memory NPP now turn around to blame President Mahama, after they wasted a whole productive year of work and a year of the transformational young president in office.
  He shamefully came to accept the verdict of the Supreme Court as if he did the nation a favor and was hailed by novices of electoral process; something he should have done at the first instance to save the nation some time and money, not to talk about her rich democratic credentials.
  Just look at an incumbent president of Nigeria accepting defeat for the love of country and respect for the ballot box. He, Nana now sit there issuing message to Buhari thinking he will also make it. No! Not when he has disgraced and wasted the nation's time and money! Buhari's fourth try gave him victory. Nana should think about 2020 to be like Buhari for this is his third contest not fourth.
  Nigerians tasted Buhari's leadership before in the 80s but what about Nana? He has bad and degrading reputation as an Attorney General (Drill Ship) and minister of Foreign affairs (diplomatic passport issuance to his drug baron cousin and others).
  Nigeria and Africa should applaud President Mahama as the ECOWAS chairman who showed leadership to make Buhari and Jonathan commit to the acceptance of results before the elections. AFRICA SHINE!

Folks just imagine an NDC member of parliament (specifically an ewe,northerner or ga tribesman) called for the extermination of Ashantis and Akyems with Pestles you guys all know what will happen in Ghana.   Certain jobs are not meant for academicians but academicians always want to impose themselves on every body.Governance is not meant for academicians and scholars but rather for practitioners and activists. Jonathan is a professor of zoology but his government performed woefully. The same thing happened to Prof Atta Mills' government. The only achievement of Prof Mills is the payment of gargantuan judgment debts to undeserving non-entities. If a whole professor of law could be that incompetent then it tells you that governance is meant for academicians and school boys and girls. This is why Ghanaians must always vote massively for practitioners and activists. In the UK, majority of their politicians are chartered accountants whiles in the US they used to be professional soldiers and now they have practicing lawyers as leaders. Academicians are simply useless when it comes to governance. No wonder the reggae musician and philosopher Bob Marley described them as Crazy Bald Heads who must be chased out of the town.
