    The govt has received over a billion dollars in bond issues & they couldn't find 67m out of that for something so important? In any case if they wish to sell it if, a fully functional asset will get the country better value

    Resource TOR very well and let's see if we would ever get fuel shortage in this country.
    Who owns the BDC's ? Are they politicians? Are they contributing to the woes of our refinery? Black man for u.
