Nowhere on God green planet can you have 60% of registered voters of the population because those younger than eighteen years are about half of the population and not all the voting age population register to vote.

In the case of Ghana, we have about 45% of the population voting in the 2012 election. The voters register in Ghana is over blotted and we need a new voters register.

If everything is well with Africans and their elections, what sense would that make for them to be interested ? When failed governments do not want to bow out but rather want to stay on because of greediness, thats when they come in to save the people because it is their taxes that they give as grants and loans to better the lives of the poor and needy which these power drunkards in Africa use as their own money to live extravagant lives at the expence of the people. The people's choice must be giving the mandate not the INEC choice like what happened in Ghana.
