My friends who are medical students pay 6000dollars per year for medical school not counting books and accommodation.
If someone works should they not get what is their due? What is your argument? Contracts are meant to be broken are they not....let government institutions continue fattening themselves at the expense of their employees.

Let's give these doctors the support. Would you leave what is due you by contract for an account to chop? Seriously...be honnest with yourself.
And by the way an MP working part time (less than 4months a year) took home 3 times the salary of a junior doctor's salary last year.
I don't know if you have had critically ill relatives...But I have had the chance to see junior doctors attend to my relative 7 days a week for 8 weeks in Korle Bu, day and night even 30hrs work shifts and the maternity block..I have seen with my own eyes...no exaggeration. They are overburdened by the shear number of patients, and yet they worked diligently and saved my sister's life and many other young women who would have left small babies behind were it not for them.
My perspective has changed because what I know of doctors in Ghana is no longer hearsay created by politicians distracting us from their extravagant lifestyle in such times by picking on the easiest people to victimise.
Let doctors have what they are due by law and let's stop demonising them for insisting someone else doesn't pocket what was meant for them.
