They want to give foreigners passport because they know the voting register will be scrapped and people cannot question people holding our passport. They are only buying time

U are not totally wrong or correct, it will gud for computer electorates for online application but less than 6% of this country citizens know how to use Internet
Haiti can even boast of E-passport services at the embassies abroad but up till now Ghana don't have an E-passport machine in any of the embassies .A complete failed state.
