    If after several years of undeserved scholarships to these three Northern regions there is still shortage of medical doctors to this area,then the state shd scrap it.Ghana can't continue to waste its resources on them.

    The problem is maldistribution of doctors and not a shortage of doctors in Ghana.
    The same person does appointments for all ghana health service doctors and distributes them.

    My only appeal to u is to tell ur people to stop fighting in the north for it to look attractive for drs to accept postings. Educate them to change their attitude too pls.

    They havent seen anything yet. No one will be willing to waste his or her time there. Doctors sacrifice to work there and in the end have nothing to write home about.
