The sports ministry should only subsidise the GFA to enable it carry on its activities. But because these ministers know that they can steal money through these international tournaments they have taken over the work of the football authority. In many countries the football authorities are independent bodies with no interferance from any arrogant and thieving sports ministers. Why can't we do that too in Ghana to end the movement of these thieves from one ministry to the other.
