Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Wood, just take your share of the money and let Mr Woyome walk free. That is your usual practice anyway. That is the 21st century Ghana justice under the NDC government.

IT IS THE ONE ARM OF GOVERNMENT THAT HAS NO REAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND THE EXTREMELY SLOW PROCESS IS BEING ABUSED AND STRETCHED TO THE MAXIMUM TO CREATE BIAS AND FRUSTRATE SPEEDY JUSTICE. THERE IS NO EFFICIENT REVIEW PROCESS TO CHECK CLEARLY ERRANT AND INFLUENCED RULINGS. THE CJ JUST KEEPS TALKING AND DOING NOTHING TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM TO MAKE IT EFFICIENT AND ONE THAT WE CAN TRUST

ojay, stop displaying your ignorance and backwardness, the Judge acted in a modern and civilized way which you lack.
Judges don't rule on emotions or on what ignorant people like you,Kweku Baako and few others are saying, they rule on the evidence before them, they don't rule just because the likes of you ignorantly think the accused is guilty, that is why in the civilize world even accused murderers sometimes are acquited, you have to prove beyond reasonable doubt not probable cause that the accused actually commited that crime.
The Chief Justice is absolutely right,to hear people accusing the Judge including even the whole Attorney General,a lawyer and the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the country saying the Judge was bias is uncalled for,you can disagree with the ruling but as an Attorney General you don't go to the media to accuse the Judge of being bias,it is an outrageous comment that should not come from any lawyer let alone the whole Attorney General.
There is no perfect judicial system anywhere in this world, let us accept the rulings as they come even if we disagree with them.
One of the reasons why some Judges were killed in the past was because of these utterances resulting from bitterness over certain rulings which we should avoid by controlling our utterances.

Mrs Wood you are missing the point ; it is not the case that the judges are not capable of doing the job by providing good judgement with in depth reasoning ; it is the case that your judges are just corrupt and taking monies from lawyers such as Tony Lithur and other to pronouce judgement ; how much are judges paid ; they see politicians making huge sums of monies and therefore see themselves as making a future themselves ; why should they waste their time giving judgements that are prudent and get nothing out of it ; the judiaciary is infested with toxic corruption today ; do you think Ajety Naseeem looked at all the facts ; no he did not ; he was paid quietly to let woyome off the hook ; can you imagine what would have happened if woyome was jailed ; why do you think Asiedu Nketia and all the NDC king pins have all kept quiet .

If you think you can do better, just kick out the AG, instead of calming the people. Ghanaians don't trust the law any longer. You shouldhave come OUT swiftly to tell the AG to step aside knowing the existence of conflict of interest in this case, but please don't tell Ghanaians you know about what the case is about. Real action is needed right now, because that amount of money involved can go a long Way to alleviate the numerous hardships Ghanaians are going through right now. Don't tuck up this case. We are waiting!!

Incredible! But it is true. As a law-abiding citizen I have painfully and painstakingly waited on the judiciary, despite being repeatedly 'raped' by the system. In all I have still remained loyal. The latest 'rape' is beyond belief: I am prevented from taking my complaint to the highest court. This is against my human rights guaranteed under the 1992 Constitution as a Ghanaian. Ei Ghana!

You be "circumspect" in presiding over the legalization of thievery by ruling politicians and their connected associates!
How many judges have you disciplined for improper judgements not sanctioned by the law of the land? The totally corrupt judiciary system in Ghana - and especially under your control - has become a den of subterfuge in support of open, naked thievery! "Technicalities" are the assault rifles judges use to support their pro-thievery rulings! How could Jake Obetsebi Lamptey be justified in acquiring state property? How could Woyome be awarded 51 million when he did not have a contract with the state? What kind of law was the judge practicing? What kind of "academic" or so-called "scholarship" justifies that?
Life is not "academic" for the struggling, starving masses. Keep cloaking your corruption in support of the thievery of the elites in "scholarship"! You will surely have your day in the court of the people's wrath and rage one of these days!

WE SEE IT PLAINLY AND WE CAN COMMENT ON THAT. IN ANY CASE EVERY GHANAIAN NOW IS JUST NOT TELLING THE TRUTH, THE PRESENT WAY OF LIVING IS JUST TOO HARD FOR ALL OF US TO UNDERSTAND,. AS A RESULT WE CAN DECIDE TO CRITICISIZE WHATEVER IS GOING AGAINST GHANA. THE 51 MILLION DOLLAR CASE IS JUST APPALLING BECAUSE PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES FOR JUST SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY AND WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS JUDGE TO OVERLOOK WHAT HAPPENED IN HE PAST.SO THEREFORE, THE PUBLIC IS JUST READY TO USE STREET JUSTICE IF THE JUDGES CAN DECIDE TO RULE WRONGFULLY......AND THE CJ WOOD MUST UNDERSTAND GHANAINS FRUSTRATIONS........

This admonition and reforms were long overdue by the CJ, she stands a better chance to determine what constitute a bad judgement than those of us out there. The judiciary as we all know is third arm of government and is supposed to be independent, let the politicians plan their fraudulent deals and exercut them but we should be sure and expect that when it gets to the court they as masters of the law and defender's of the ordinary man and the state as a whole ll exercise the mandate given them by the Constitution without fear or favor. For example the Constitution says there shall be a council of state in every Democratic dispensation, is that not mandatory? So why is a law under LI set up by Parliament say that the preceding officer shall sign a document and he fails to sign and that becomes validated by the Supreme Court in its interpretation in the election petition?am so disappointed in the judiciary on this sigler act until that is corrected.
