  this is what baffles me about us-we just don't have leadership. we vote for nothing. government will find millions to do other useless things, will find ways and means to steal millions (sada etc), will pay millions to footballers (not that it is not good per sey) but will never find money to do the right first important things. i feel ashamed to be african very ashamed.
