  However,my Ghanaian brother with brains does not even know this.To let my ghanaian brother think like a blooded ghanaian and not an adopted one,I leave him with this question;in his educational carrier,has a TANII ever beaten him in class?For people who have brains like you.

  I agreed on that because the District Level Election is already embattled with poor attendance and yet it's scheduled the time electrates will be busy this is going to affect it more seriously if it's not taken a second look.
