    NO MATTER WHAT HE DID OR DIDN'T DO,THE PATROL MEN SHOULD HAVE PLACED HIM IN CUSTODY AND NOT KILL HIM.THEY ARE JUST COLD BLOODED MURDERERS.I HOPE THEY FACE SIMILAR PUNISHMENTS WHEN PROSECUTED.

    It is true that as an amputee he was not supposed to drive with one hand but is there a law in Ghana that traffic offenders must be shot and killed without reference to the courts of law?

    So with a prosthetic arm, he's not allowed to apply for a driving licence? That's blatant discrimination!!!!!! Regarding these bloodthirsty soldiers and police officer, they should be arrested and tried for MURDER!
