The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.

This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

Ghanaians are foolish because they can't tell if they are suffering or not, somebody from outside will have to speak for them.
So Ghanaians, you don't have any problem. Your pipes are flowing with water constantly, power supply is constant, you live in a corrupt free country, your currency, the cedi is doing wonderful, fuel price is very affordable, your hospitals are fantastic; even Atta Mills patronized them till he died, your cities are squeaky clean; garbage on the streets is a thing of the past, misappropriation of state funds is just fine, don't complain. I mean, you are just doing fine, if you complain again, we will scorn you, especially, if you are someone with a disability. Just shut-up and listen to outsiders, because they pay for the food you eat, the petrol you buy and bear your pain when you are sick and you are asked to go home because hospitals don't have beds to admit you. Three turtles, Joe, Steve, and Poncho, decide to go on a picnic. Joe packs the picnic basket with cookies, bottled sodas, and sandwiches. The trouble is, the picnic site is 10 miles away, so the turtles take 10 whole days to get there.
By the time they do arrive, everyone's whipped and hungry. Joe takes the stuff out of the basket, one by one. He takes out the sodas and realizes that they forgot to bring a bottle opener. Joe & Steve beg Poncho to turn back home and retrieve it, but Poncho flatly refuses, knowing that they'll eat everything by the time he gets back.
Somehow, after about two hours, the turtles manage to convince Poncho to go, swearing on their great-grand turtles' graves that they won't touch the food. So, Poncho sets off down the road, slow and steady.
Twenty days pass, but no Poncho. Joe and Steve are hungry and puzzled, but a promise is a promise. Another day passes, and still no Poncho, but a promise is a promise. After three more days pass without Poncho in sight, Steve starts getting restless. "I NEED FOOD!" he says with a hint of dementia in his voice.
"NO!" Joe retorts. "We promised."
Five more days pass. Joe realizes that Poncho probably skipped out to the Burger King down the road, so the two turtles weakly lift the lid, get a sandwich, and open their mouths to eat. But then, right at that instant, Poncho pops out behind a rock.
"Just for that, I'm not going."

For someone like Pastor Owusu Bempah who knows no shame, he can announce his mere guesswork as a prophecy of God. After all, if what he predicts fails to happen, he can shamelessly defend himself by saying that the prophecy was fulfilled but it was reversed as if God is so powerless.
In 2012, he predicted victory for Akufo Addo just as he is doing for him in 2016 but Akufo Addo lost (twice by EC's declaration and SC verdict). But like a typical conman, Pastor Owusu Bempah claimed that Akufo Addo won but the result was reversed. Anyone whose brain is working well knows that, if at the end of a competition you will win but the result will be reversed, then it simply means that you will lose.
