I REALLY DO NOT KNOW BUT I GUESS GHANA IS A FAILED STATE RULED BY A SUCCESSIVE BUNCH OF CORRUPT CHEW POUR PASS AND FORGET GRADUATE PRODUCTS OF GHANA'S USELESS UNIVERSITIES - ALL HYPOCRITES, PARASITES AND VAMPIRES.

THE COUNTRY'S ECONOMY CONTINUES TO BE ON THE DECLINE BECAUSE GHANA HAS FOUND ITSELF IN A DEBT-SERVICING AND OFFICIAL CORRUPTION MODE FOR SO LONG, AND THE COUNTRY'S "LEADERS" ARE STILL GOING AROUND CHASING EVERY TOM DICK AND HARRY FOR LOANS FROM EVERY NOOK AND CRANY OF THE WORLD, THE IMF/WORLD BANK, AND EVEN FROM INDIVIDUALS.

OUR SUCCESSIVE LEADERS MUST BE SHOT!

WE SHALL ALL CONTINUE TO SWIM IN THE SHIT!

TEKPER AND MAHAMA SHOULD ALWAYS REMEMBER THEY WILL NEVER BE WHERE THEY ARE FOREVER.

This government of NDC new what they are doing. It was their intention to steal as much money as possible to bring the nation into IMF program to steal another 1 Billion Dollars.

I suspect the reason for almost all the state institutions and managers in state generated institution to steal so massively.

Now the country is bankrupt and no end of DUMSOR DUMSOR, CORRUPTION and Economic mismanagement.

You did a bad forecast about the oil and through that you overspent and that brought us this far. You did not anticipate that oil price will fall on the world market and with that you went on a spending spree.

You did a bad forecast about the oil and through that you overspent and that brought us this far. You did not anticipate that oil price will fall on the world market and with that you went on a spending spree.

That alone put you and your NDC party is a hole that is not easy to climb up. As a good Finance Minister, you should always anticipate something that will cause a fall in your revenue. Make room for such eventuality just to guide you through rough times.
