  Mr. Fiifi Kwetey, your administration has been in office for at least 7 years and during the past years never occurred to your administration to find a way to increase production of rice by farmers. Instead, your administration chose not to pay any attention to rice production in the country. My question to you is , Why now? are you saying that to fool the nation or it is a strategic political ploy to win votes for the corrupt NDC government of which you a member and official.
  Mr. Fiifi, do you think Ghanaians are so stupid and gullible not to see what you are trying to do by foolishly implanting hopes and stupid promises to rice growers. Promises that you know very well you cannot keep just like your President.
