In which country in this world can we see a credible and dynamic politician
influencing a voter with either money
or any other material to by their vote?

This is not true, unless Asanti and Volta Regions change their tribal voting patterns.
As far as I know it is only the Central Region (the premier region) which sometimes vote on issues. Come again, IEA
