The hospital has lost so much due to the foolish and irresponsible act of the late Atta-Mills. Dr Nsiah Asare was sacked for no reason other than winner takes all. God have mercy on Ghana.

It's absolutely wrong judgement, the judges are corrupt. They are intentional want to make him rich and also get share of the money. Nsia Asare was a thief, he was involved in many financial scandal.

Guys, the president as the Super CEO of Ghana has every right to let go any person he sees not working cohesively and in his interest. This is part of Good Management Practice (GMP) adopted by all modern and international businesses. if that KATH CEO was a mole placed there to impede or retard the progress of the president's agenda, he could be let go.. The only thing is that he ought to have been compensated immediately and not left for this long to accrue this huge interest and penalty. It is done everywhere. This was not any witch hunt.

It is done everywhere but is it not a norm in all civilized countries that such rulings should have been appealed,what kind of Attorney General do we have who will accept every ruling as final,how can we pay such a huge amount to one individual whose appointment was terminated,why not appeal to save tax payers some money even if the doctor wad right,is it because some in the Attorney General's department and some judges benefit from these so called judgement debts that we continue to experience this nonsense?

FRIMPONG BOATENG DID NOT GO TO COURT; KORLE BU HOSPITAL WOULD HAVE BEED SADDLED WITH MORE THAN TWO MILLION CEDI JUDGEMENT DEBT. SEE HOW KORLE BU TEACHING HOSPITAL HAS DETERIORATED BECAUSE OF INFANTILE DECISIONS TAKEN BY THE NDC PRESIDENTS.

The NDC because of politics has caused financial loss to the nation by relieving Dr. Nsiah Asare as the Chief Executive officer of KATH when they came to power because the saw him as a sympathizer of NPP. This is SILLY on the part of NDC and they will be made to pay for it in due course. All these vendatta against political oponents by NDC was uncalled for and should not be allowed to continue. Because of their evil deeds as many as 80% of their appointees are INCOMPETENT and that is the reason why Ghana is in such a sorry state. Even students fresh from school were made ministers and deputy minister and because of their INCOMPETENCE, this nation has been drawn back to the 1960's. Time will tell.

He took advantage of his position and fired many innocent hardworking staffs of the hospital immediately he came to office tagging them as members of the NDC, thus politicizing positions out there..What goes around comes around. .This man Dr Nsiah Asare made life a hell for many staffs of the hospital..He made many enemies during his time in office. Most staffs he fired at KATH were the youth and members of the NPP unknown to him. .
