Government should consider suspending payment of common funds to MPs, more especially those in the cities and the more developed areas. This is to free up more funds to be concentrated on the rural and less developed areas.

I am beginning to understand why ghana is like this. If its the spiritual work of the devil we don't know.......we are born to destroy where we live and pay huge some of money for visa trying to leave to where the same calliber of human being like us leave .... Because most people can't recognise it if they are being deprived from basic necessities and they still support a visionless leader who can't lead a nation to better. We are all human beings, we have brains, mahama is not different from Dubai prince... Look at Dubai..Obama comes to his eoffice arly and leave late, all the time finding solutions to the problem he inherited from the George bush. He is not complaining about the past ! but rather focusing about the situation at stake and how to solve it !. A country where a politian cause financial lose to the nation and he is arrested, he get a whole lot of Ghanaians still say " ITS OKAY " What this Napo guy is saying is right and it can't be like that for a Nation ?..
