But in his time Africa and third world countries have made gains in what was a 'European Cup" masked as a world cup, instead of a true world cup. Has anyone bothered to check how soccer has grown under Blatter? Likewise let's research and see how soccer has developed and grown under Nyantakyi before we doom him to fail.
