Is this doctor saying that people who have no power or electricity have depression and anxiety problems ? My God, how much are the anti government paying you to spew such garbage ? Do you know the number of people you grew up in areas without electricity but yet are just not anybody but somebody today ? Do you know the number of people in Africa who live in areas without electricity and have to contend with poisonous kerosene fumes every night ? Well WHERE EVER THERE ARE CHAOS AS WE SEE NOW, THERE ARE ALSO OPPORTUNITIES. Let's look at the opportunities with this kind of chaos so we can develop into better people by providing light for all not just a few brats who think they are entitled to depression without lights and others are not entitled to depression.

PSYCHOLOGY ALRIGHT! THOUGH THE 'dumsor' is not a good experience socially and economically, we just have to use all our know hows to learn how to cope with changes in our lives by re-defining and developing new social and psychological skills in coping and managing our new environments and situations. No need to be dwelling too much on psychology otherwise, we would remain in our deep depression and anxiety and fear because of our failures to re-adjust positively to changes
